Product Description
As we age, our eyes naturally loose some of their ability to focus close-in. When we were teenagers, we could focus on something as close as 3"; by the mid-50s that distance can increase to 18" or more - VERY frustrating if your hobby or work require close focus. This set is a great tool to overcome that deficiency because it covers much of the affected range. The 3X magnifier has a focal range (or focal distance - the distance the object or text are held from the lens for best view) of 12" or more while the 8X gives you the really 'big picture' of fine detail as close as 2". You'll use them so often, you'll want a set for home and work.
