I get the item very quick and I am from another site of Atlantic. NeoCube Omega can made a lot of fun hours. Item has been send in envelope with lot of air bubbles and came in one piece. Maybe next time when sending to another side of Atlantic is better to send in box (only proposal).

Shipping was fast for an address outside US. Nice box packaging.
This stuff is a lot of fun, not for children (the high swallow risk).

5 out of 5 stars Good product, good "BPD" ratio   February 16, 2010

I ordered this through Amazon, after doing a quick "balls per dollar" calculation.

Pros:
- Shipping was fast (USPS priority mail. typically takes 2-3 days nationwide, in my experience).
- You certainly get a lot (1027 individual balls) for the money. Whether you need that many or not is a different question altogether!
- The packaging was nice, and included both a box and a soft cloth case (more convenient for carrying the clump of balls around with you).
- This stuff is a lot of fun (whether you order from neocube, bucky, or any other company)! I ordered this for myself, but according to my wife this is actually a great toy for our three-year-old, helping her develop fine motor skills. This toy is clearly not meant for ANY child to be played with alone, given the high "swallow" risk.

Cons:
- Cost. Not a major detractor if you need a lot of these (e.g. want to split them up and share them with friends, etc.), but at $80 this is a pretty expensive toy.

3 out of 5 stars Cool toy. Poor service!!   January 18, 2010

Since the Neocube Omega was no longer available here, I had to order it directly from the seller. Ordered two cubes and paid for the faster priority shipping. To my disappointment, my order went in on the 15th of the month and didn't ship until the 18th. Not much of a priority if you ask me. I sent an e-mail noting my concerns to the seller, and of course got no response at all.

It is a cool product, but if you want better customer service, or any customer service at all, take a look at Buckyballs or one of the other sellers.
