5 out of 5 stars Great for learning letters, wish also did numbers   March 4, 2010
Ellie (Damascus, MD)
This toy is great for shape/letter writing, but I wish they had added numbers too. My almost 5 year old plays with it sometimes, but it's not as big a hit as I had hoped. She can write very well (her fine motor skills are excellent) but has trouble recognizing letters and numbers, which this can also teach. I think if I had gotten this for her when she was 3 or just before she turned 4, it would have been of more value.

5 out of 5 stars my granddaughter loves it.   February 23, 2010

I bought two of these. One for my four year old grandson and one for my three year old granddaughter. The grandson doesn't play with his but the granddaughter loves it. She calls it her "puter". So it is a toss-up. Maybe your child will like it, maybe not. I know my granddaughter plays with it a lot. Its one of her favorite toys.

5 out of 5 stars LOVE this toy!   February 18, 2010

My 2 1/2 year old son loves playing with this toy! Thanks to this toy, he taught himself what sound almost each letter makes and can draw some of them as well. I love that the letter-writing instructions are accurate and simple to comprehend. The slider eraser is easy enough for him to use on his own and you've gotta love the volume setting switch. great toy overall- would recommend it to anyone!

5 out of 5 stars Best buy ever!   February 12, 2010

We saw this at the store and my 3 year old daughter wouldn't let it go. I bought and we took it home, she plays with it several times everyday for at least 20-30 at a time. It is the best buy I've made all year! It makes learning fun, and she loves making her letters. She loves the dog Scout even more, especially on the play mode when you follow Scout around the yard and end up drawing a picture. Great fun and great learning.

5 out of 5 stars Hand, eye, brain coordination   February 8, 2010

My 4 year old Granddaughter is using this like crazy to learn to make letters and numbers and having such a fun time. I would recommend this to anyone with a preschooler that is struggling with forming letters and numbers.
