I LOVE this cube. I learned how to solve the 3x3, then the 4x4, and I wanted a bigger challenge, so I got this product after some research. It is outstanding. I actually just ordered the V-Cube 7 because this cube made me trust the V-Cube brand. DEFINITELY get this cube if you enjoy smooth turning, speed, and durability. If you are into those lock-ups, sticker peeling, popping alternatives, then abandon all hope for this cube!

If anyone is debating whether to buy the v-cube 5 or the 5x5x5 professor cube, this is definitely the one to buy. It is exceptionally great for speed cubing, durable, even better quality than many of the regular 3x3x3 Rubik's cubes I've had, and that is a feat. From now on, I will very likely buy my Rubik's, or should I say "puzzle cube", style products from v-cube.

When i ordered the V-CUBE 5 i had high expectations for the quality. After it came here i started to just do some patterns like the checkerboard. then i noticed that 2 of the pieces were stuck together. i had read about it in a another review on amazon. after about 5 seconds of applying force on the 2 pieces they separated without any damage to the rest of the cube. so overall i would recommend this cube to anyone who is wanting an awesome speedcube for a competition.

I bought this product 3 months ago and have done over 3,000 solves on my cube. This is without a doubt the best 5x5x5 on the current market. This cube has amazing corner cutting (more than 1 piece), barely pops(once ever 25-30 solves), and rarely locks up. The internal mechanism of this cube is extremely sturdy and gives the cube a very nice and crisp feel. The clicking mechanism on the 8 corners seems to be the only odd thing on this cube. The bumps on the corners that give this puzzle a "clicky" feel seem unnecessary (And I ended up just sanding down the bumps anyway and now it has a better smoother feel). The sticker quality is great and I had no problems with stickers peeling, however after a the first month (And 800-900 solves)the stickers started to chip at a very high rate and I ended up just peeling the stickers off and replacing them with Cubesmith smooth tiles from [...]. All and all this cube is definitely worth the buy and with the great shipping prices and fast time, this is a puzzle you should not be without. I highly recommend this puzzle to anyone.
Average 5x5x5 solve time 2 mins 36 secs.
