 A great dinosaur learning puzzle! February 13, 2010

First, this puzzle was one of three we bought from Melissa & Doug's collection and love them all. This was a great step up from the Melissa & Doug Prehistoric Sunset Dinosaurs Jigsaw 24 Piece that kept her quickly challenged and ready to move to the 60 Piece Land of Dinosaurs Jigsaw Puzzle by Melissa & Doug.
Besides the general learning she went through from learning to do puzzles, it has several dinosaurs new to her - since her main exposure was all three Jurassic Park movies and The Land Before Time cartoons. This provided us more interaction while helping her on the puzzle by looking them up on the net and explaining them to her.
We'll definitely be looking for more puzzles by M&D as she grows!

Our 4yr old grand daughter is a puzzle fanatic! She absolutely loves them. These are of such good quality, that we also purchased the solar system and the sea creatures puzzles.
A Great Floor Puzzle January 30, 2010

My son received the Melissa & Doug Solar System 48pc Floor puzzle for Christmas, and he enjoyed it so much that I bought him this one. He loves dinosaurs, and the pieces are very thick. I just wish they had the dinosaur names too, but we just look them up in his First Dinosaur Encyclopedia.

my grandson and I really enjoy working with this puzzle, he just turned 4 and he really likes it and so do I. I would recommend this puzzle to anyone who don't mind the time involved in putting the pieces together.

My 5 year old little brother loves puzzles, but would often get frustrated if the pieces were too flimsy. This puzzle is great because the pieces are larger and thicker so they are more durable, and he loves having a big dinosaur picture to show off when he is done.
